30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original packaging and documentation, such as your order confirmation or packing slip


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@avenamuse.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, you can send the item back to us via post, as specified in our return instructions.

Important: For your protection, please use a tracked shipping service. Returns lost in transit without tracking may not qualify for a refund.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

  • Return labels are not provided; customers must arrange their own shipping.

  • Returns must be sent via post; drop-off location returns are not accepted.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@avenamuse.com with photos and a detailed description.
If confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Contact our customer service team before returning your order.
Our team will provide instructions for the exchange process. Do not return items for exchange without prior contact.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are eligible for store credit only.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, though a restocking fee will apply.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they are already being processed for shipment.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
